Honey Caramel Sauce Ingredients½ cups Honey 1 stick Butter ¾ cups Brown Sugar 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Sweetened Condensed Milk

DirectionsMix together honey, butter and sugar in saucepan. Turn on medium-high heat while stirring constantly. Bring the mixture to a rolling bubbling boil for 2 minutes while continuing to stir constantly. Add condensed milk and mix well, keeping the stirring and heat constant until completely mixed through. Store in airtight containers in the fridge. To warm up, use a microwave on a low setting.
Serve with Apples, Vanilla Ice Cream Or Whatever!

Asparagus with Honey Garlic
Sauce
Ingredients
1 pound fresh asparagus
¼ cup Dijon
mustard
¼ cups dark ale
3 tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
¼ teaspoon salt
DirectionsAdd asparagus to boiling, salted water cover and
cook, about 2 minutes or until tender. Remove and drain. Combine mustard, ale,
honey, garlic, thyme, and salt: mix well, and pour over the asparagus, just
before serving. Makes 4 servings.
Honey BBQ Sauce Ingredients
1 onion, diced
1 tablespoon ground coriander
2 tablespoons honey
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ cup soy sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients in saucepan and simmer for
15 minutes. When grilling, begin applying barbecue sauce only after meat is
half-cooked to prevent burning the sauce.
Honey Apple Crisp
Ingredients
2 lbs. -
apples, quartered and sliced (1-1/2 quarts)
1/2 cup plus
1/4 cup - honey, (separated)
1 teaspoon -
cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon
- nutmeg
1 cup - flour
1/4 cup -
butter, softened
Warm Nutmeg
Cream, (recipe follows) or ice cream
Directions
Toss apples with 1/2 cup honey, cinnamon and
nutmeg in bowl. Turn into 2-quart baking dish. For topping, beat flour with
butter and 1/4 cup honey until crumbly; sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350°F for
40 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden. Serve with
Warm Nutmeg Cream or ice cream. Yield: 6

Perfect Pound Cake
Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 cup honey
4 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups cake flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon almond flavoring
Directions
Cream the honey and butter. Add the beaten eggs and
vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients, then stir into hone-egg mixture.
Beat well. Add almond flavoring, pour into a greased loaf pan, and bake in 300°F oven for 2 hours. You can vary this recipe by
adding a cup of raisins or currants or ½ cup chopped pecans.

- 1/2 cup - honey
- 1/3 cup - butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon - vanilla
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup - all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup - whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup - quick-cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon - baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon - salt
- 1 teaspoon - ground nutmeg
- 1 cup - mashed ripe banana
- 1/2 cup - chopped walnuts
Directions
Cream honey and butter in large bowl with electric mixer until fluffy.
Beat in vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each
addition, Combine dry ingredients in small bowl; add to honey mixture
alternately with bananas, blending well. Stir in walnuts. Spoon batter
into greased and floured 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated 325°F
oven 50 to 55 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near center
comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack 15 minutes. Remove from pan;
cool completely on a wire rack.
